  增生性瘢痕通常伴随深层皮肤组织即真皮层损伤的愈合过程,由细胞外基质过度沉积产生。增生性瘢痕不仅会引起皮肤外观畸形,而且当瘢痕位于颅面部或关节活动区域时,还会引起挛缩导致功能障碍。


  Burns & Trauma新近刊发综述Themolecular basis of hypertrophic scars,系统介绍了创伤愈合的生理过程、增生性瘢痕的形成与治疗、增生性瘢痕与皮肤瘢痕疙瘩的区别,尤其是增生性瘢痕的分子学基础,包括相关细胞因子、生长因子、巨噬细胞趋化因子通路等所涉及瘢痕形成的病理机制。

  Abstract

  Hypertrophic scars (HTS) are caused bydermal injuries such as trauma and burns to the deep dermis, which are red,raised, itchy and painful. They can cause cosmetic disfigurement orcontractures if craniofacial areas or mobile region of the skin are affected. Abnormalwound healing with more extracellular matrix deposition than degradation willresult in HTS formation. This review will introduce the physiology of woundhealing, dermal HTS formation, treatment and difference with keloids inthe skin, and it also review the current advance of molecular basis of HTSincluding the involvement of cytokines, growth factors, and macrophages viachemokine pathway, to bring insights for future prevention and treatment ofHTS.
